Generate consistent staff headshots from a single selfie

You don't need a photographer to get a uniform team page. Here's the workflow we recommend for getting twenty matching headshots in an afternoon.

One of the quietest things Virto does well is consistency. Give it a portrait of every team member and a single reference outfit, and it will dress everyone in the same look — same shirt, same tone, same vibe.

The workflow

  1. Collect a clean portrait of each team member (phone selfie is fine).
  2. Upload your reference garment — the uniform shirt, polo or branded tee.
  3. Generate a try-on for each person against the same garment.
  4. Download and use across your About page, LinkedIn and email signatures.

Tips for cohesion

  • Ask everyone to shoot against the same neutral wall if you can.
  • Use the same crop on every output so headroom matches.
  • Pick one colourway per team and stick to it across the year.
