Install Virto as an app on iPhone, Android & Desktop
Virto runs beautifully in the browser, but you can also pin it to your home screen or dock and use it like a native app. Here's how on every platform.
Virto is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can install it straight from your browser — no App Store, no download, no updates to chase. Once installed it lives on your home screen or dock, opens in its own window, and remembers you between sessions.
Install on iPhone or iPad (Safari)
- Open myvirto.app in Safari (Chrome on iOS won't work for install).
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name (Virto) and tap Add.
The Virto icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to launch the app full-screen, just like any native app.
Install on Android (Chrome)
- Open myvirto.app in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
- Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Tap Install to confirm.
Some Android browsers will also prompt you automatically with an Install banner the second or third time you visit.
Install on Mac, Windows or ChromeOS
- Open myvirto.app in Chrome, Edge or Arc.
- Look for the install icon in the address bar (a small monitor with a down-arrow).
- Click Install — Virto will open in its own dedicated window and add itself to your dock or Start menu.

Uninstalling
On iOS, long-press the icon and tap Remove App. On Android, long-press and drag to Uninstall. On desktop, open the app, click the three-dot menu and choose Uninstall Virto.
